This proposal involves the renovation/extension of an existing derelict cottage for use as short-term holiday accommodation.

The development has outstanding views of the River Barrow and Mount Brandon, and has direct private access to one of Carlow’s most scenic walking tracks, The Barrow Blueway. Accommodation includes an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, two double bedrooms & two bathrooms that can cater for up to four guests at a time.

The master bedroom and open plan living area both have south facing bi-fold doors which lead to the outdoor deck and hot tub, where guests can immerse themselves in nature and soak up the spectacular views.
