The client, a budding entrepreneur spotted this fantastic opportunity to build a cafe using two 20′ shipping containers on a disused site opposite one of Dublin’s most iconic tourist attractions – St James Gate & The Guinness Storehouse.

Services included the preparation of colour rendered perspectives for the pitch to the landlord, obtaining planning permission for the development, and assisting the client with the design of the interior fit-out.
