This end of terrace house is located on a triangular site in a small residential development built by the town council in the 1930’s. From the outset, it was decided to develop to the north, thus creating a small south facing deck and light filled ground floor open plan living area.
The open plan space is punctuated by a metal and timber staircase, which leads to a lofty study on the landing, main bathroom and two double bedrooms (one en-suite).
