Martin helped build a relationship between Brookville Properties and Douglas Wallace Architects, which resulted in a commissioned project – a landmark development on Market Square in the heart of Dundalk.

The 3,465m2 scheme has four retail units on basement and ground levels, with offices on mezzanine, first, second and penthouse levels.

The building bookmarks an end of Market Square that was neglected for years, and gives it the prominence it deserves.
