With a family in mind, this young couple wanted a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room extension as well as a new bathroom and forth bedroom. Being located in a conservation area, the proposed scheme is sympathetic to the existing two storey house and neighbouring structures.

A long pitched roof light was introduced along the south side of the extension to allow as much light as possible into the new living space, while bi-fold doors to the rear provide a seamless connection between indoors/outdoors.

Planning permission was successfully granted for this development.
